NIIDAR-SFERA

NIIDAR-Sfera was founded as non-public joint-stock company in 1994. Over the past 10 years, the company has designed and manufactured small-size mobile systems for radio direction-finding and means of signal suppression. These devices allow a fast search, detection and position-finding of illegal radio stations and jamming signal sources in VHF band. These mobile systems use modern microprocessors with flexible real-time digital control and automatic direction-finding of a radio transmitter with GPS/GLONASS mapping of the source location. Practicable modular design of devices makes them easy to handle and to adapt to particular user’s needs. If used on a battle-ground, these systems are capable to suppress signal sources and send complete target information to the combat command posts.
The company is constantly keeping up with modern communication technologies. NIIDAR-Sfera possesses all needed state-of-the-art production equipment. Highly trained professional staff in R&D, manufacturing and management departments enables the company to produce and market high quality articles. The detection systems produced by the company are widely used by the armed and police forces of the Russian Federation and exported abroad.
NIIDAR-Sfera constantly invests substantial resources – both financial and human – into R&D of novel technologies and know-how. New projects include research in areas of information protection (encryption and coding), anti-terror and complex security systems. Projects are run both on contract basis (on customer's orders) and on basis of own R&D strategy.
